According to the Ari (Rabbi Isaac Luria), Meditation is more than cleaning and focusing your thoughts. It is a time to look inwards (התבוננות=Introspection) and practice being in control of the circumstances and challenges that keep controlling you. Meditation is merely a way to practice in advance how to think and act when the challenge arises.
This series of classes will be a basic guide to the Kabbalistic perspective of meditation and how to meditate using the Hebrew letters and words. This course is also a good way to prepare for the holidays.

Why we are born with certain gifts and/or disabilities, why we are born to a certain family in a certain city and country, why we have certain fears, and much more. Studying the teachings of Reincarnation by one of the great scholars Rabbi Isaac Luria does not provide all the answers, but it certainly provides many, or at least raises many questions and a deeper awareness as to the journey of our soul.

In Hebrew, the letters have a much deeper meaning and purpose, they are the bridge between our internal being and external life. This course will cover the deep study of each letter of the Hebrew alphabet, the relation between them, the deep spiritual language called 'Language of the Branches' (showing us the connection between cause & effect), and how it all relates our daily life (health, relationships, family, etc.)
In Part 3, we will delve into the origins of the souls, including biblical ones, and how they all evolved and multiplied to what we have today. This can help us see the bigger picture of Reincarnation and the spiritual causes of our reality in this lifetime.
